Referral Partner Terms
These terms apply when you register for and participate in the NuvoTime Referral Partner Program.
1. Program participation
Application and approval
Referral partners may apply without creating a NuvoTime account. Nuvo Innovations may approve, decline, suspend, or end participation at its discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate contact information and keep it current by contacting NuvoTime. Referral links and codes may not be transferred or shared with another seller as their own.
2. Responsible promotion
Honest representation
Describe NuvoTime accurately. Do not promise features, prices, legal compliance, savings, earnings, discounts, or outcomes that Nuvo Innovations has not confirmed.
No misleading activity
Do not use spam, impersonation, paid search on NuvoTime brand terms, misleading domains, unauthorized advertising, or unlawful collection of personal information.
3. Referrals and tracking
Referral attribution
A referral is recorded when a new NuvoTime user registers through an active partner link or enters the partner code. NuvoTime records one referring partner per new user. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate registrations, and fraudulent activity may be ineligible.
Technical limits
Referral tracking may depend on a link, code, browser cookie, and successful account registration. Nuvo Innovations may correct attribution errors where reliable records support the correction.
4. Rewards
Manual review
A registration does not automatically earn a reward. Eligibility, amount, timing, and payment method are reviewed by Nuvo Innovations and may depend on the referred business becoming an eligible paying customer.
Payment outside NuvoTime
NuvoTime records referral and reward status but does not pay partners through the product. Partners are responsible for their own taxes, invoices, reporting, and legal obligations relating to rewards they receive.
5. Independent relationship
No employment or agency
Referral partners are independent participants, not employees, agents, franchisees, or representatives of Nuvo Innovations. Partners cannot make commitments or enter agreements on behalf of Nuvo Innovations.
Changes and termination
Nuvo Innovations may update these terms or close the program. Material changes apply prospectively where required. Suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or legal risk may result in immediate suspension or termination.
