Subscription & Payment Terms

Last updated: June 17, 2026
Effective: June 17, 2026

These terms explain how NuvoTime subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, storage limits, failed payments, and refunds work for tenants.

1. Subscription Fees

Paid Access

NuvoTime is a subscription software service provided by Nuvo Innovations. Tenants may be charged based on the selected plan, billing interval, seats, locations, storage, usage, add-ons, or other limits shown at signup or in the billing area.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Nuvo Innovations does not store full credit card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process billing information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Tenants are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges related to their subscription where applicable.

2. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the next billing date, subscriptions may renew automatically for the selected billing interval. The payment method on file may be charged at renewal.

Cancellation

Tenants may cancel according to the controls available in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period.

Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, or usage changes may affect billing immediately, at renewal, or on a prorated basis depending on the billing configuration shown to the tenant.

3. Refunds

General Refund Rule

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins unless required by law or approved in writing by Nuvo Innovations.

Service Issues

If you believe a billing error occurred or a service issue materially affected your subscription, contact hello@nuvoshift.com promptly so we can review the issue.

4. Plan Limits and Storage

Feature and Usage Limits

Plans may include limits on employees, locations, kiosks, storage, images, reports, payroll features, exports, or other usage. Nuvo Innovations may enforce those limits, request that tenants reduce usage, or require an upgrade.

Image Storage

Uploaded images and files may count toward storage limits. Tenants are responsible for managing uploaded images and removing content they no longer need, especially where their plan includes a storage cap.

5. Failed Payments and Suspension

Failed Charges

If a payment fails, Nuvo Innovations or its payment provider may retry the charge, notify account owners, or request updated payment details.

Suspension

Nuvo Innovations may suspend, limit, or terminate access for unpaid accounts after reasonable notice where practical. Tenants remain responsible for fees incurred before suspension or termination.
